NATIONAL GOLF CLUB

Since the opening of the National on 18 November 1994, the Club has become a popular tourist destination attracting golfers from all corners of the world and in no time it won the international recognition. Carved through a forest of eucalyptus and pine trees with the back-drop of the snow capped Taurus mountains and an abundance of natural lakes, the National tests all abilities of players.

DAVID FEHERTY

David Feherty (born 13 August 1958) is a former professional golfer on the European Tour and PGA Tour. He now works as a writer and broadcaster with CBS Sports and Golf Channel.Feherty was born in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland. He turned professional in 1976 and spent most of his playing career in Europe, where he won five times and finished in the top ten twice in the European Tour's Order of Merit, placing tenth in 1989 and eighth in 1990.
