HOLE 1
A good drive down the right side of the fairway sets you up for a second shot down a narrow fairway, leaving a short iron approach to a large undulating green.

Hole 2
Water, water everywhere is the setting for this signature hole. A precise tee shot is required here to set up a good score.

Hole 3
This slight dog-leg right hole requires a solid drive down the left side of the fairway, leaving you with a well sighted mid iron approach to this small and well protected green.

Hole 4
This narrow typically undulating links hole as water all the way down the left and is lined with pine trees down the right. It requires a good accurate tee shot slightly right of the fairway bunker. A long second shot down the middle will leave a short iron approach to the green. Avoid the greenside bunkers at all cost as they are deep and unforgiving!!!

Hole 5
This is a hole that typifies National Golf Club. This sloping kidney-shaped green is well protected by a bunker and two prominent pines, requiring you to carry your shot with a long/middle iron all the way.

Hole 6
A dog-leg left with a blind tee shot makes the line off the tee all-important. Often a long iron or fairway wood is used. An ideal drive is slightly left of the big pine tree in the middle of the fairway. This is a real shot makers hole and requires a well struck short iron to hold on this small elevated green.

One of the toughest holes on the course. This dog-leg right hole requires a big drive down the left side of the fairway to set up a long second to a narrow green.

A drive in between the fairway bunkers on this dog-leg left hole and the big pine tree will leave a mid iron shot to a severely undulating green. With water left and right of this hole nothing less than 2 good shots will do!

Playing almost due north, this hole can be either with or against the prevailing wind depending on the time of day. A drive just short of the ridge is needed to provide a good sight to this sightly elevated two tiered green.

Hole 10
A drive down the left side of the fairway leaves a short iron to this tiny elevated green. An inaccurate second will leave and awkward chip.

Another small elevated green means you have to be deadly accurate with your mid iron. Anything else will leave you scratching for par.

Hole 12
A genuine 3 shotter if ever there was one! Long hitters will need to lay up short of the canal with a fairway wood. A second long shot right side of the fairway will set up a short iron to a thin rollercoaster of a green. A par will feel like a birdie!!!

Hole 13
Driving back over the canal, this hole is tight, demanding accuracy off the tee. A good drive down the center of the fairway will leave a mid iron to a green well protected by two front bunkers.

Quite possibly one of the toughest holes in Europe - a long drive between the big pines is a necessity if you want to reach this long par 4 in two. With water left and back, bunkers protecting the right and a good scorecard in your hand, playing for a five might be the sensible option!!!

A big leaning dead tree frames this magnificent par 5. A drive to the right of the tree and safely played second over the hill sets up a short iron to this narrow tricky green.
